How to order the book:

1. You can fill in and submit the order form on our Dutch pages.
2. Transfer the total amount due to the following bank account:

3. Make sure the name and address linked to your bank account matched that given in the order form or supply the bank details associated with your order.
4. Please remember to fill in your name as a reference with the bank transfer.
5. The book/books will be despatched within a few days of receipt of payment.
